Peter arrived at Rainhill in 2019, having spent several seasons at Sefton Park (2004-2016) and Liverpool (2017-2018). An attack-minded spinner, Peter's best bowling figures came at Formby, where he took 8 for 59 in 2021. He has over 700 career wickets and was Rainhill's leading wicket taker in the 2021 season.

While at Liverpool, Peter played on the winning side in the 2018 Ray Tyler Cup final against his brother Dan.
