Family membership form

(For parents / guardians of children registered with our junior section)

This form is designed to be completed by players aged over 18 who have children playing with our junior teams. Those wishing to take out individual membership should complete the senior membership form instead. 

SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS OF PLAYER(S) / OFFICIAL(S)

All information in this section will be provided to the ECB and will be used and protected as described in the Privacy Notice.

MEMBER 1

If you answer "yes", should you be selected to play in a League requring player registration, relevent information from this section (including month and year of birth) will be provided to that League to enable them to check eligibility to play in its competitions.

If you answer "yes", should you be selected to play in a League requring player registration, relevent information from this section (including month and year of birth) will be provided to that League to enable them to check eligibility to play in its competitions. 

If you are, or you become, a Club official, the Club may provide information within this section to County Boards or Leagues of which the Club is a member or affiliated to, in order to enable the relevant body to contact you about cricket matters.

If you are a player and attend a County Board or League run event (e.g. trials, nets or representative fixtures), the Club may provide your name and contact details to the relevant League / County Board to enable them to notify you of arrangements.

Please detail any important medical information that our Club volunteers may need to know, and which could be affected by your participation in cricket activities. Please state any allergies, medical conditions (e.g. asthma, epilepsy, etc.), current medication, special requirements, injuries and / or any additional needs. Please indicate if you would like to discuss this privately with us.

If you do not wish to give consent for this, please contact us to discuss how we can manage any potential photography or videography.  Not giving consent will not affect your membership of the club. 

Your name and photo may appear on the Club’s website, in match reports, on scorecards and in materials published by both the Club and the League. If you have any concerns about this and wish to speak in confidence with the Club then please contact the club at rainhillcricket@gmail.com

Rainhill Cricket Club wants to ensure that all members applicants are treated equally whatever their race, gender, age, sexual orientation or religious belief. To do this we are asking some question about people who apply to join us. These questions are entirely optional, but we would be grateful if you would complete the following short questionnaire. Your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be collated separately to the rest of the information supplied within this form.

Please note that juniors who are part of a family membership will pay the usual monthly subscription and parents/guardians should complete the junior membership form. The payment taken here is only for the senior (adult) membership element. 


Members aged 18 and over who take out family membership are full members of the club and have the same rights as any other senior member.

Once you submit this form, you will be taken to a payment page. Your membership is not live until payment is made.

One male parent/carer with a child or children who are junior members - £70

One female parent/carer with a child or children who are junior members - £45

Two female* parents/carers with a child or children who are junior members - £70

RCC is an inclusive that welcomes same-sex couples. The family membership of £90 applies to both opposite-sex parents and male same-sex parents. In the case of two female parents, in order to ensure there is a saving the club has set the fee at £70.
