Rainhill Cricket Club have two very capable scorers with - astonishingly - over 90 years of experience between them. 

However, due to the number of teams the club now has it simply isn't possible for the scorers to be everywhere. As a result, we need scorers for our Recreational team, our women's team and our juniors. Scoring may seem complicated but actually it is reasonably straightforward and full training can be given.

Scorers are not required to volunteer every week - you can score as and when you are available.  It is the club's hope that a team of scorers could be created so that we are not dependent on the same individuals all the time.

Scoring can be an interesting way of becoming involved in the club and getting to know players and coaches while doing something valuable.
